**New** "...I give Night and Day 3 1/2 tombstones. I have enjoyed most of the works by Dahlia Rose so far. I do think this book definitely has some promise. Its the first paranormal book that I’ve read about gremlins and it was a treat to read about something besides vampires and shapeshifters. ...The romance scenes are well written and definitely yummy. Her descriptions of the gremlins paint a vivid picture. I definitely would not want to meet her version of a gremlin in a dark alley. I hope that at some point, Ms. Rose might want to write a sequel to this story and tell some more of the adventures of Keaton and Larkin chasing gremlins. If you’re looking for something different from the vampire and shapeshifters so prevalent in paranormal romance fiction, I suggest you give Night and Day a try. 3 1/2 Tombstone -Review by Virginia ***NEW*** "...I think Ms. Rose did a good job of writing the chemistry between the two women and the scenes were definitely steamy and intriguing. The continuing storyline was brought out in this book and the plotline
continued to develop smoothly. While there were some unexpected twists
and turns in the book, they add to the storyline and make me want to know
what will happen next in Willa’s story. I give this book 4 tombstones
and if you enjoy f/f books, then you may want to check this book out.

"...Author Dahlia Rose delivers a scintillating romantic tale enwrapped in vampire lore, vampire hunting, and hot f/f sensuality. Characters are well-defined, and the attachments among the family members, their mates, and friends are close and tautly interwoven, proving that even vamps can have close family ties. The plot twists and turns are equivalent to a night-time tunnel without lights and unexpected curves, promising multiple surprises and rampant excitement throughout. I definitely plan to pick up on the first volume, The Collettes: Sola and the third, The Collettes: Willa." 5 stars- Review by Frost's Fancy
"...The Collettes: Luna is an exciting addition to the Collette sisters' story. The characters follow true to form and create a separate story line involving Luna, the second sister, the Sister of the Night. What awaits Willa, sister of the Earth? Inquiring minds want to know...NOW!!!" Reviewed by Nancy Eriksen *New* "...The characters are written in a fashion that leads you to feel like they are your next door neighbors. Ms. Rose has a way of bringing you to Barbados through her description of the sights and sounds. There is nothing like a free travel pass to an exotic location. Five foot three Kelly is pixie -like in stature with a heart large enough to encompass the world. She is strong and determined – a walking firecracker. T.J. is all the stuff you expect a military man to be made of. He attempts to hide a side that is aching for love and has finally met a woman who isn’t willing to let love pass him by. There were times in this book where I could have truly throttled T.J. The man did protest a bit too much. But when the chips were down he proved himself to be a force to be reckoned with..." 5 Angels - Ne'Ne "...Dahlia Rose has brought a wonderful story to readers.
I’m looking forward to reading more from this author, and I have
no doubt that readers of the genre will find this as heart-warming of
a story as I have. Incredible story Dahlia, you should proud!" 5 Nymphs-Scandalous Minx
**NEW** "...The Collettes: Sola by Dahlia Rose is a great read. The writing was well done, the plot excellent and the remainder of the tasks should be the same. I am interested in the character development as each sister finds her companion and assumes charge of her own adventure. The end should be fantastic!" Reviewed by Nancy Eriksen
"...This is an exciting page-turner that leaves me wanting to read the other stories about the two sisters, their mates and finding out if they can get their part of the amulet." 4 hearts-Arianne

***NEW*** "...Dahlia Rose is a fantastic writer, and she definitely will not disappoint any readers when they feast their eyes and minds on Caribbean Blue. The storyline is exceptionally strong, and even though Caribbean Blue is a novella, Dahlia Rose has a way of never making the reader feel rushed while reading. While there is some mystery with the island girl, Alison, the characters and the relationship between Alison and Eli is very real. Dahlia Rose definitely has a knack for writing, and an even greater ability to create such a real, yet enticingly erotic story, such as Caribbean Blue!" --Denise

Sensual Erotica Fantasy Rating: 4.5 Enchantments "...But everyone knows that a mortal woman has no chance against a goddess, right? Maybe not in your fairytales but in Dahlia Rose's tales they can and will. The only thing that can truly tear this couple apart is that she is mortal, but Ares may have something to say about that. This was a hilarious look into what the gods are up to now, and though I am reminded of a favorite television show when I read Ares’ name, it is not the same. It was a pleasure to see the God of War brought low by a human woman. " BrandyWine Midnight Encounters: Scaredy Kat "...SCAREDY KAT by Dahlia Rose is the third offering in this anthology. Katrina is a hereditary witch unsure of her power and a bit on the shy side. She casts a spell for true love and is positive it didn't work; right up until a strange man lands in her living room! Gareth is a wizard from another dimension. His Earth is involved in a great battle between good and evil, and Kat's spell grabs him just as his enemy is about to kill him. Can he give Kat the confidence she needs? Not only to become the witch of power he knows her to be but to gain her help in protecting his world? SCAREDY KAT is a great little romance with lots of terrific elements. It has witches, a great battle for good and evil, alternate dimensions and the funniest familiar I have met in a long time! I loved Ms. Rose's alternate dimensions—our Earth is very technological—Gareth's Earth is very magical. It was fun watching both lead characters deal with the alternate dimensions in the context of the story. Kat is a sweet, shy heroine that comes into her own throughout the tale. Gareth is handsome, mysterious and noble. The romance itself is pretty typical but the battle for good and evil adds interest to this otherwise sweet story. And you will love Kat's familiar!..." Read Entire Review 4.5 Blue Ribbons from Romance Junkies ***** "...Kat feels like your average, or sometimes even less than average 25 year old woman. Her friends say she's gorgeous, but she just doesn't see it, and after all of her failed relationships, she REALLY doesn't see it. So, after her friend's Halloween party, at which her friends husband tries to set her up with an accountant, who is shall we say is BO-ring, Kat tries to summon forth her true love, through magic. After all, she reasons, that there's no use in being a witch if you can't help yourself out every once in awhile. But, her spell works in a way that she never coming, sending her and her true love into highly unusual circumstances. This story had me laughing at points, and all in all, just enjoying the read.. Rose knows just what kind of characters to throw into the mix, to keep the reader entertained. The characters learn much from each other, and help each other a lot too. A couple of heavy sex scenes, and at times a tad bit explicit, as warning. However, I did find some of the ways that the dialogue flowed (at certain points) to be a little awkward. Scaredy Kat also has a fantastic ending. "...As a whole, Midnight Encounters was very well written. All of the stories have sex scenes, but none of which drag the reader away from the storyline or plot. Every reader is bound to find something they like in each story, and the authors each bring something different and original to the table, which helped to maintain my interest in each story, and also to keep me reading to find out what the next author had in store for me. It's a great Halloween read as well, seeing as how each story takes place on or around Halloween, and each story has a tie-in to the affect the Halloween season has on each of them, whether they're a vampire, witch, or shifter." Love and Lights LOVE AND LIGHTS is a heart-warming romance about a second chance at love, guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit. This short story has a hard-headed hero, who only sees the error of his ways after a near death experience. Rachel has been deeply hurt by Vic and needs much assurance, before she can trust him again. LOVE AND LIGHTS is a recommended romance read for the holiday season. Read the full review at Mystique Books Rating 8 *** This was my first book by both this author and publisher and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Love and Lights is a short, sweet love story with a heartwarming touch of Christmas spirit. Both Rachel’s fiery temper and Victor’s vulnerability made this story a pleasure to read. If all of Dahlia Rose’s stories draw you into the world of her characters so easily then she will be an author to watch. I know that I will be looking out for more Dahlia Rose books. Reviewed by Theresa *** 4 Roses Okay this is one author who is going places. For a rookie author, Dahlia Rose knows romance and though there is not enough love scenes it is a nice holiday romance. Christmas is a time for miracles to happen and Victor is one guy who needs it badly. I fell in love with this guy for even though he works in a hard job he has a romantic soul in him. Now Rachel was a tough cookie to crack for though she lost her man there is a part of her that still loves him. Dahlia Rose did a remarkable job in holding the romance and a man’s hope of getting his soul mate throughout the book that made this author a favorite for this reviewer. Will look out for more of Dahlia Rose books for she has flair of imaginations and romance combined that make it a top book? Reviewed by Lena ***NEW*** "... give book this 4 tombstones, I really enjoyed it and found that it was tough to put down. At 57 pages, it was a fairly easy read and not too time consuming either. I thought that the chemistry that happens between Lucas and Sonja was brought out well. The legend was an intriguing addition to the story. The other townspeople and characters in the story brought out some life to the story and helped to show another side to Sonja and Lucas. Sonja’s belief that she can save them from the curse and her refusal to leave Lucas’s side and run leaves the reader hanging on and rooting for them to make it past the curse. If you enjoy shapeshifter romances, this book is for you." Review by Virginia
Dahlia adds the element of my favorite city to the mix; that of New Orleans. The Valentino men next end up getting cursed. You'd think that something like that would be bound to happen. Dang it all! There is a chance to turn things around. The reader is lucky enough to find out how it all happens and if things do, indeed, get fixed. Sonja, the female in the story, is quite the character to identify with...at least I wanted to be Sonja. Lucas Valentino, the fella, is about as hot as a fella can get. I was hollering for my husband after reading a few of these scenes. You will want to read this. All of the characters come to life and you will love them all. Sonja and Lucas are merely the best of the best. Dahlia is super talented. Buzzable and Buzzalicious! Buzzy 3 Angels from Fallen Angel Reviews Doomed by a curse to kill the woman you love? Talk about starting life with major weight on your shoulders! In The Soul Mate’s Curse, new author Dahlia Rose brings to light the story of a shifter whose family has been cursed for decades, and whose curse extends to include his human mate. In the book world where paranormal books are a dime a dozen, an author is tasked with the overwhelming job of creating something fresh and different. Sadly, this story falls short in both categories. While being a great attempt as a new author, Ms. Rose still fell somewhat short of creating an interesting story that was able to engage and excite. I plan to keep my eye out for any follow-up offerings in hopes that her books will evolve with the strong foundation she already has in place.
